At ButterBeauty, we strive to maintain the highest quality standards in manufacturing and delivering our products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Return Policy

All products delivered by ButterBeauty are non-returnable.

Once the order has been delivered successfully, it cannot be returned under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection by customer
  • Business decision changes
  • Packaging preference issues

2. Exception – Expired Product at the Time of Delivery

Returns will only be accepted in the following case:

If the product is found to be expired at the time of delivery, the customer must:

  • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images of:
    • The product
    • Batch number
    • Expiry date
    • Outer packaging

Upon verification, we will:

  • Offer a replacement product
    OR
  • Provide a refund (at our discretion)

No claims will be accepted after 24 hours of delivery.

3. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • The amount will be credited via the original payment method

4. Important Notes

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.
  • Bulk and private-label manufacturing orders are strictly non-refundable unless approved under the expired product condition mentioned above.
  • ButterBeauty reserves the right to reject claims if the issue does not meet our policy conditions.
